Michelle Spore began her career as a teacher, but realized her true passion was in movement and helping others live a life of strength and wellness. She brings that passion to life by combining Western scientific research with traditional Eastern practices to guide her clients to their movement goals.
We’ll get to know each other and identify your primary desired outcome based on a series of questions, assessments and evaluations. This provides the foundation for building a sound movement plan that positively impacts health outcomes on many levels (physical, mental, emotional)
