Sage Movement

Private Personal Training

Overview

For personal training, I focus on building strength and physical fitness through safe, adaptive protocols that progress with you — not a fixed plan you have to force yourself into. I take an awareness-based approach: you'll build movement intelligence, learning to notice what's happening in your body and understand the why behind what you're doing.

I have particular experience working with clients returning to exercise after surgery, injury, or while managing a chronic condition — helping people build real confidence and consistency in their own bodies and circumstances. Sessions run $90 for 55 minutes, currently offered virtually.

Custom Programs & Remote Coaching

For clients who want structure without weekly 1:1 sessions, I also offer two additional options:

  • Custom Written Training Programs — an individualized plan delivered monthly, $125/month, cancel anytime.
  • 1:1 Remote Coaching — ongoing remote support with bi-weekly check-ins and form feedback, starting at $800 for a 2-month minimum.

Both are customized to your equipment, schedule, and goals. Get in touch to see if one's a good fit.

How it works

1. Intake

We get to know each other, and I build a plan around your goals — through questions, assessments, and understanding where you're starting from. This is the foundation, not the final word.

2. Refine

As we work together, I take in real-time information — from you, and from any medical providers involved — to fine-tune your plan along the way.

3. Discover

You'll hit real milestones as your practice and training grow — and over time, you start to feel more ease, more strength, more trust in your own body. We stay curious, keep adjusting, and enjoy the process together.

Success Stories

I have some limitations when it comes to fitness, Michelle has done a great job at finding options that feel good to me while still building strength. When I started training with Michelle I had lost some muscle due to lockdown. A year later I have gained back that strength and more!

Michelle's ability to combine mindfulness and movement in a rewarding and empowered way is one of the many reasons I train with her monthly. She not only keeps things as simple as possible while getting maximum results, she's able to modify any exercise to accommodate my many injuries and limitations in real time as they come up. She listens, encourages and has this easy no bullsh*t attitude that I not only admire but keeps me coming back for more. If you're looking for real change with a workout that meshes into your daily life rather than disrupts it, honestly, look no further.
