A Guardian of Wonder, An Architect of Peace
A note written in uncertain times — and a reminder of what lives inside you
Written in May 2020, during one of the most uncertain seasons many of us had ever lived through.
This is a pivotal moment.
All the forces of change have moved upon us at once — and we are being called, each of us, to offer space for growth, for repair, for healing. To bring life where we can. What an opportunity.
I know this is a yoga and wellness website. But right now I just want to check in on you.
Are you safe? Do you have enough? Are you finding moments of steadiness inside the uncertainty? If you're struggling, please reach out — to someone you trust, to your community, to me.
The deepest resources you have are already inside you. The truest version of you doesn't traffic in hatred or fear. It moves toward clarity. Toward peace. Toward creative, quiet, persistent good — for yourself and for the world around you.
This moment is asking something of all of us. And I believe you have what it takes to answer.
If you need support or simply want to connect, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out anytime.
I swear I will not dishonor my soul with hatred
but offer myself humbly as a guardian of nature,
as a healer of misery,
as a messenger of wonder,
as an architect of peace.
